Looking to buy a camera with a super fast shutter speed, and is equally suited for macro photography. I am a beginner, but I'm buying myself on this device to improve my skills, and more than a beginner! I had a camera like, you may withdraw your options open. I opened a savings of potentially buy this camera, I am not fixed on a budget.

Unfortunately, the fast shutter speeds and macro does not go together. When recording macros, which are very close to the subject and to what depth of field will be low.

Almost all digital SLR on the same basis are, what we considered to be a super-fast shutter speed.
