Blueprint Of Hogwarts Does Anyone Else Think JK Rowling's Lawsuit Is Absurd And Greedy?

Does anyone else think JK Rowling's lawsuit is absurd and greedy? - blueprint of hogwarts

JK Rowling is listed # 48 on the Forbes richest people in the United States. She complained to 50,000 U.S. dollar against the organizers, from India, built a replica castle for a party. What will you do now? Complaints against the parents of the dossier to the United States with Harry Potter theme birthday parties? I knew I had a copyright of a castle map of Hogwarts, Hogwarts, or at all. It is absurd that they feel they have to pursue a non-profit festival, just to get a little more $ $ in his pocket for the money grubbing.

Your Majesty, I have not heard, yes, certainly it is absurd to me the more I think ... But whether it is cheap ... I do not know.

- Well, after reading the article:

I am a big fan of Harry Potter, but it's a bit ridiculous. This does not change my opinion of JK Rowling, though.

But in truth, I do not see how anyone can accuse of a replica of a house made of fiction ... simultaneously with their own equipment. "She has the rights to the mood of the place or what?" How can it be correct to 100%?

Hell, it's not that they write a whole novel on the wall, not to pay people for books. You can not sue someone for naming their son "Harry Potter" or dog "Dobby" ... I do not think that if someone lived CS Lewis may sue in your garden could look like Narnia?

It's a bit weird, I do not know how he even has a case on this point.

... And despite the fact that it is "commercial reasons" ... Puh-Leeze, as the mass of people do not want to see a real life Hogwarts? I do not think it absurd. It would be absurd that it had pursued a high school student a replica of Hogwarts toothpick for an art project or something, but the company in India. Although no commercial reason to themselves that they "bring with" Harry Potter people to your group or what ultimately happens with the financial impact to the end of the day. This would not have chosen the theme, so I do not think that is very popular.

Absolutely not! What did these people was a violation of copyright and they should pay - dear!

Harry Potter theme bday party would officially licensed costumes and props to use and are perfectly legal and legitimate.

But you need to protect their copyrights in each corner. They can pass through a body and it is publicly available and are lost
